ABOUT SCOTT HICKEY   Scott graduated from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, with a B.A. in Music Education. He also holds an M.A. in music theory from the Ohio State University. Scott taught instrumental music for many years in both Ohio and Colorado. Throughout his career, Scott has given clinics in numerous forums, including the Bands of America's Summer Symposium, the Ohio Music Education Association Conferences, Central States Judges Association, ASBDA, and the Colorado Bandmasters Association. He has also been a nationally-recognized adjudicator.   ************************************************************************   Scott Hickey ImPressions, LLC   Scott founded Rocky Mountain Arrangements in 1988. Since then, he has written for, and/or consulted with, many nationally-known ensembles, including Ft. Mill (SC), Tate (FL), Westerville South (OH), Prospect (IL), Pomona (CO), American Fork (UT), Lafayette (KY), and Centerville (OH).
